Nick and Sterling found some intriguing information about getting out of a rut and finding your purpose. First, we start out with acknowledgement that there is a problem. Sometimes we find ourselves being counterproductive when we enter a rut by brushing it off and claiming we are fine. Second, we want to work towards correcting the problem.
Nick talks about his research on the 8 steps to getting out of a rut. He also gets into some personal details of his struggles with these kind of issues.
We both are big advocates of utilizing therapy. Also, put yourself with the right company. Positive productive people are going to help inspire you. Make lists of short, medium, and long term goals. Make them achievable.
