Nick and Sterling start to talk about Physical health and its link to Mental health. First we get into prioritization. Where you plan to go makes the groundwork for where you will. Then we talk about our personal experiences and choices of where and when we workout/exercise.
Our favorite topic is cheat days, for obvious reasons. You have to do what you have to do to get where you want to get. An oversimplified way of saying, practice what you want to become.
One of the keys to success is consistency followed up with recovery. We talk about our workout schedules and how we target different muscle groups.
We close it out by talking about sleep and your circadian rhythm.
