Picking up where we left off starting with gaslighting. Nick divulges some of his personal experiences and his journey to better mental health utilizing resources at his disposal. He utilized Military Onesource (a helpful resource for military members) to find therapy for healing.
Then they jump into other resources such as medication for mental health issues. Sterling shows advocacy for Better Help, a mental health app that includes online therapy, journaling, activities to find better ground, and classes.
It is important to use the resources that we have available to us. "Being tough" and doing it alone makes life so much harder than it needs to be.
